CANCELLATION POLICY

At MEF Group, we strive to ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our customers. However, certain circumstances may require the cancellation of an order or the return of a product by either the customer or MEF Group. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations, refunds, and product returns.

1. Cancellation by MEF Group

MEF Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Common reasons for such cancellations include, but are not limited to:

• - Limited stock availability or quantity restrictions.
• - Errors or inaccuracies in product details, descriptions, or pricing.
• - Issues identified during payment verification, credit review, or fraud-prevention checks.
• - Detection of multiple or suspicious orders from the same customer account.

In such cases, MEF Group may request additional information or verification before processing the order. Customers will be notified in the event of a cancellation or if further details are required.

Note

• - No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• - If the mode of payment is online, applicable banking charges may be deducted as per our banking partners’ terms.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request an order cancellation before it has been processed or shipped.

If the cancellation request is received on time, MEF Group will cancel the order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. MEF Group reserves the right to determine the status of an order and whether it qualifies for cancellation.

Customers agree to accept MEF Group’s decision as final in such matters.

3. Refund Process

• - Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
• - The refund timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
• - No cash disbursements will be made under any circumstances.
• - If the payment mode was online, applicable banking charges may apply as per the respective banking partner’s policy.
